Selim is the founder and managing partner of MSO Legal. He is a registered lawyer at Istanbul Bar Association.
Selim's practice involves a wide range of corporate, banking and structured finance transactions. He has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Governance and Syndicated Loan Agreements.
Selim has advised local and foreign clients on numerous deals, and has worked with investors, arrangers, lenders and various financial institutions on complex transactions.
