O&M agreement terms in these industrial sectors required a combination of legal and technical perspective of a lawyer and ability to understand the practical necessities typical in the relevant machinery and equipment sectors.

> Provided legal advisory services to manage more than 500 contracts (International Sales Contracts, Systems Management Agreements, Service and Maintenance Agreements, International Leasing of Goods Agreements, Exclusive Distributorship Agreements) for our undisclosed client operating in Precision Manufacturing.
